10th World Students Go Oza Championship

Японці запрошують всіх студентів взяти участь у відбірному етапі 10-го Студентського Чемпіонату Світу, який буде проходити на IGS (Panda). Фінал чемпіонату буде проходити в Токіо 25-го лютого - 1 березня 2013-го року.

Hello.
I am Makoto Moriwaki from Pandanet Inc, Internet Go Server company.

We are pleased to announce that we are going to hold the 10th World
Students Go Oza Championship from Feb 25 to March 1 in 2013 in Tokyo,
Japan.
To select 16 students to proceed the championship in Tokyo, we are
going to have two preliminary rounds on the Internet.

University/College students under the age of 30 can participate in the
preliminary rounds.
We would like as many students as possible to participate in the
Internet tournament using "Pandanet".
The application deadline is Nov 25th.

Ви не ображайтесь. Але Ви спочатку займаєтесь пустим флудом в одній темі, а потім починаєте задавати просте запитання в цій темі, яке після вашого флуду уже не сприймається як просте запитання.
По суті: в листі йдеться про організацію відбірного етапу. Цей етап проходить через Інтернет і ні про яку компенсацію за проїзд або безкоштовні квитки в цьому листі не написано. Просто, коли буде відібрано 16 кращих, то їм уже прийдуть листи, де буде вказано про оплату квитків чи закупку їх для учасників. Цей чемпіонат в такому порядку проводиться уже не вперше. Якщо я написав про "халяву", то я знаю про неї. А ви починаєте сумніватись.
Могли б подивитись аналогічні теми за попередні роки. Якби не було хоч якоїсь компенсації, то й сенс відбору пропав би, так як далеко не кожен студент може дозволити собі подорож в Токіо.

Dear All,
I sent you the following email the other day, but let me correct one thing.
This year, the preliminary rounds are to be held on Dec 9 (Sun) only.
The number of rounds depends on how many people will participate in the tournament.
Ex. If eight people will participate in the tournament, we will have three rounds on Dec 9.
We would appreciate if you could pass this email to university/college students you know.
